XWiki Remote Macros provides XWiki rendering macros that are useful when migrating content from Confluence. From 1.13 until 1.14.5, the `excerpt-include` macro does not properly escape the included page's title and executes `excerpt` content with the macro's rights. The title handling in `xwiki-pro-macros-ui/src/main/resources/Confluence/Macros/ExcerptInclude.xml` and the rendering of `excerpt` content into XWiki syntax both allow syntax injection. Any user able to edit a page, even without script or programming rights, can supply executable macro syntax in the title or `excerpt` and cause remote code execution when the page is included. This affects confidentiality, integrity and availability of the whole XWiki installation. This issue is fixed in version 1.14.5.

Unverified ownership of the default query result location in the Athena module in AWS SDK for pandas (awswrangler) before 3.16.1 might allow remote actors to read Athena query results and tamper with result sets returned to the caller via a pre-created S3 bucket. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 3.16.1 or later. Users should also verify that the default Athena result bucket in each account and region is owned by their own account, and set an explicit result location or enforce a workgroup result configuration.
FOG is a free open-source cloning/imaging/rescue suite/inventory management system. Prior to 1.5.10.2253 and 1.6.0-RC-1, an authenticated API-enabled user with uType=1 who possesses both the user's API token and the global FOG API token can use PUT /fog/storagenode/{id}/edit to modify Storage Node user, pass, and ftppath fields because the API validates the credentials but does not enforce an administrator-only role. With storage replication enabled and a usable Storage Node, FOGImageReplicator interpolates those fields into an lftp command executed through proc_open() by the root-running service, allowing the low-privileged user to execute commands as root. This issue is fixed in versions 1.5.10.2253 and 1.6.0-RC-1.
USB Test is a lightweight Windows CLI utility for verifying sector integrity and detecting overreported capacity on USB flash drives. Prior to version 1.1.5, getSectorSize() in USB Test/src/driveinfo.cpp trusts DISK_GEOMETRY.BytesPerSector returned by IOCTL_DISK_GET_DRIVE_GEOMETRY without checking whether the call succeeded or enforcing size bounds. USB Test/src/drivetest.cpp uses the value for division and to size a heap buffer before memcpy(buffer.data(), §or, 8), so a physically connected malicious USB storage device can report a value below eight bytes and cause repeated out-of-bounds writes, or report zero and cause a divide-by-zero denial of service when a user starts a drive test. The heap corruption can crash the elevated application and may permit arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.5.
GFI KerioConnect (Kerio Connect) Outlook Connector (Offline Edition), 'KOFF', before 10.0.9 Patch 2 contains a local privilege escalation vulnerability caused by weak installer permissions that leave the product directory writable by the built-in Users group. A local non-administrative attacker can replace the searchd.exe service binary used by the bundled KOFFIndexingService, which runs as LocalSystem, to execute arbitrary code with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges upon the next service start or reboot.
GFI KerioConnect (Kerio Connect) before 10.0.9 Patch 2 contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Webmail component that allows a remote attacker to spoof link targets or inject HTML into a message as rendered in a victim's authenticated Webmail session by sending a crafted email whose text is already inside a link. Attackers can exploit the link auto-formatter's re-processing of already-linked text, using quote characters to break out of the href attribute and inject attacker-controlled markup to execute script in the victim's session.
A heap buffer overflow caused by mismatching size calculations between XkbAllocNames and ChangeKeycodeRange in X.org X server before 2.1.25 and XWayland before 24.1.14 could be used by authenticated X clients to crash or potentially execute code in X server context.
A buffer overflow when handling pointer barriers in the XFIXES extension in X.Org X server before 21.1.25 and XWayland before 24.1.14 could be used by authenticated X clients to crash or potentially execute code in X server context.
An integer truncation issue in XkbResizeKeyType() that could lead to a heap buffer overflow by authenticated X clients in X.org X server before 21.1.25 and XWayland before 24.1.14 could be exploited for crashes or potential code execution in the X server.
OpenVPN ovpn-dco-win 0.6.5 through 2.8.13 allows unprivileged local users to cause a denial of service (system crash) via a race condition in the TCP connect path.
Uncontrolled recursion in MessagePack\BufferUnpacker::unpack() in rybakit/msgpack versions prior to 0.11.0 allows attackers to cause a denial of service through memory exhaustion when an application decodes deeply nested, attacker-controlled MessagePack input.
An integer overflow in the MessagePack\BufferUnpacker component of rybakit/msgpack versions prior to 0.11.0 allows attackers to cause a denial of service via crafted MessagePack input when the application runs on 32-bit PHP
A heap buffer overflow in handling GLX RenderLarge request where dataBytes exceeds cmdlen in X.org X server before 21.1.25 and XWayland before 24.1.14 that could be be triggered by an authenticated X client could cause crashes or code execution in X server context.
SAIL is a cross-platform library for loading and saving images with support for animation, metadata, and ICC profiles. Prior to version 1.0.2, the built-in WebP decoder can crash during loader initialization when processing a malformed animated WebP file with inconsistent container or `ANMF` frame metadata. In `sail_codec_load_init_v8_webp()` in `src/sail-codecs/webp/webp.c`, `WebPDemuxGetI` with `WEBP_FF_CANVAS_WIDTH` can return a zero `image_local->width`, which is then used as a divisor when calculating `bytes_per_pixel` from the image row size. The division happens before frame decoding and before generic image skeleton validation in `src/sail/sail_advanced.c`, causing an arithmetic fault and process termination. Applications accepting untrusted WebP images can consequently suffer denial of service; builds must include the affected WebP codec. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.2.
identrail is a machine identity security platform for AWS, GitHub/OIDC, and Kubernetes. Prior to 1.0.2, the default-on `POST /v1/workspaces/:workspace_id/projects/:project_id/github/connect/complete` endpoint in `internal/api/router.go` accepts `installation_id` from the request body or `X-GitHub-Installation-ID` header without verifying the installation belongs to the caller's workspace. `CompleteGitHubConnection` in `internal/api/github_connect.go` rigorously binds `state` to the caller's tenant, workspace, and project, but checks only that the installation ID is positive before persisting it as the caller's connection. `ListInstallationRepositories` in `internal/connectors/github/repositories.go` invokes token creation through `internal/connectors/github/app.go` and `POST /app/installations/{installationId}/access_tokens`, using the application's JWT. An authenticated tenant who starts a legitimate connection can supply another customer's non-secret installation ID to read the victim organization's private repository inventory, content, and metadata or drive posture scans, provided identrail's GitHub App is installed there. The default-off V2 `CompleteGitHubConnector` path shares the installation-ownership gap and additionally matches pending `state` without rechecking caller scope. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.2.
OpenHop is a tool for creating interactive data-flow diagrams. Prior to 0.3.7, `@openhop/server` passes unauthenticated flow route parameters from `GET /api/flows/:id` and `DELETE /api/flows/:id` in `packages/server/src/routes.ts` to `FlowStore.filePath()` in `packages/server/src/store.ts` without an identifier allow-list. The router applies `decodeURIComponent` to the id, and `path.join()` then normalizes traversal outside the configured flow directory after appending the .yaml extension. An attacker can read accessible YAML files as YAML-parsed JSON or permanently delete accessible .yaml files outside that directory, exposing configuration or secrets and disrupting dependent services. In `packages/server/src/index.ts`, CORS `origin: true` permits any browser origin, enabling a malicious webpage to target a loopback-bound instance. Docker deployments default to `HOST=0.0.0.0` and permit direct unauthenticated network access. This issue is fixed in repository release 0.3.7.
ESPHome Device Builder Dashboard is a dashboard for the ESPHome home management software. Prior to 1.0.10, the `Home Assistant` add-on's trusted `ingress` site binds to `0.0.0.0` while intentionally skipping dashboard authentication because the supervisor is expected to authenticate requests upstream. Host networking, required for mDNS, also binds this no-auth site to the `Home Assistant` host's LAN interface. Any device on that local network can therefore connect directly to the `ingress` port, bypass the supervisor, and obtain the full dashboard without credentials or operator misconfiguration. Dashboard capability includes compile-time Python execution through `external_components:`, shell execution through compile and validation subprocesses, and arbitrary access to configuration and data files, compromising the mounted `Home Assistant` configuration and managed ESPHome devices. The standalone Docker dashboard and the password-gated public port 6052 are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.10.
Functype is a family of TypeScript functional programming libraries. Prior to 1.4.4, the `set_functype_version` MCP tool in `functype-mcp-server` accepts an unconstrained `version` string using only `z.string()` validation in `packages/mcp-server/src/index.ts` and interpolates it into `functype@<version>` for `pnpm add`. Package-alias syntaxes such as `file:`, `npm:`, URLs, or paths can cause an arbitrary local or remote package to be installed as functype. Immediately afterward, `initDocsData(true)` in `packages/mcp-server/src/lib/docs/data.ts` resolves `functype/cli` and dynamically imports the newly installed module, executing attacker-controlled JavaScript with the MCP server process's privileges. Any MCP client able to send a `tools/call` request invoking the tool can exploit the flaw; the tool is enabled by default without authentication in `stdio` mode. A connected AI assistant susceptible to indirect prompt injection can also be induced to invoke it from a malicious document or web page. In non-default `TRANSPORT_TYPE=httpStream` deployments, a network-accessible attacker does not require local access. Successful execution can read process secrets, modify files, or terminate the server. This issue is fixed in `version` 1.4.4.
Joker is a small Clojure interpreter, linter and formatter written in Go. Prior to 1.8.2, `joker --lint <file>` walks upward from the linted file to locate a `.jokerd/` directory and executes matching `linter.*` files before linting. Those files contain executable Joker/Clojure code, so linting a file inside an untrusted repository can execute repository-supplied code with the linter user's privileges. Editor integrations and CI jobs that automatically lint checked-out source can trigger this behavior. The patch stops executing project-local linter customizations and loads executable customization only from the user's home directory. This issue is fixed in version 1.8.2.
NORA is a self-hosted artifact registry and pull-through cache. Prior to 0.9.5, `nora-registry` authenticates the token-management UI but fails to require administrator authorization. `auth_middleware()` protects `/ui/tokens` and `/api/ui/tokens`, but state-changing requests are checked only with `role.can_write()`, not `role.can_admin()`. `tokens_page()` and `tokens_list()` call `store.list_all_tokens()`, exposing IDs and metadata across all users, while `tokens_revoke()` calls `store.revoke_token` using the supplied token ID without an ownership or admin check. A read bearer token can enumerate other users' token existence, owner, role, description, expiry and last-use metadata. A write bearer token or write-capable OIDC identity can additionally revoke arbitrary admin and service tokens, disrupting the registry and forcing credential recovery. Read-only identities cannot POST a revocation. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.5.
Xibo is an open source digital signage platform with a web content management system and Windows display player software. Prior to 4.4.3, missing access-control checks on `PUT/DELETE /action/{id}` allow an authenticated user to modify or delete actions on any Layout. Exploitation requires the privilege to allow edits, including deletion, to all created Layouts, which is granted to non-administrators as standard. This issue concerns `Layout actions` rather than the separately reported DataSet export vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 4.4.3.
Xibo is an open source digital signage platform with a web content management system and Windows display player software. Prior to 4.4.3, missing access-control checks on `GET /dataset/export/csv/{id}` allow an authenticated user to export data from any dataset, including datasets created by administrators, by iterating over `sequential dataset IDs`. Exploitation requires access to the privilege allowing edits, including deletion, to all created `DataSets` independently of Layouts. This privilege is not granted to non-administrators as standard. This issue is fixed in version 4.4.3.

Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling vulnerability in the HTTP/2 request body reader of mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust server memory via a request body sent as many 1-byte DATA frames. do_read_data/5 in lib/bandit/http2/stream.ex keeps every DATA frame payload as its own list element until the read returns. The :length option of read_body/2 counts body bytes, not frames, so a body of 1-byte frames costs a list cell and a binary term per byte. Interleaving the frames across up to 500 concurrent streams per connection keeps each stream consuming its frames as they arrive; in the reporter's test, 100 streams held 25 to 40 MiB of stream process memory for 5 MB sent. Only routes whose Plug reads the request body are affected, which includes any route behind Plug.Parsers. This issue affects bandit: from 0.3.1 before 1.14.1.
